Getting the right size and fit position
The most exotic bike on the planet is not worth the money if it does not fit you well. A great fitting bike allows you to ride comfortably and powerfully for an extended period of time, but also handles perfectly because your weight is properly distributed. Ben has been at the forefront of the evolution of bike fitting for the last three decades, and you can trust him when he says that there is no such thing as an on-line fit calculator that accurately provides positional settings. The numbers that are churned out may appear precise, but that’s simply because they are outputs of formulas.
That’s why with every Duetti or aModoMio we include a one-on-one fit consultation to ensure you’ll be receiving a bicycle that’s right for you. That's right, every Serotta bike comes with a professional fit. You do not have to take advantage of that, but why wouldn't you - its free with the purchase.
We design and craft both Duetti and aModoMio bikes from start to finish, one bike at a time, for you. You can choose your size specification from the SDS Road Geometry & Size Chart, or you have the following options to provide us your personal fit information for designing the bike from a clean sheet. You may provide the details such as handlebar width, stem length and crank length and final fit set-up or we will work with you to determine the best selections, including frame size.

IF YOU KNOW YOUR FIT…
If you're happy with the fit of a current bicycle or you've had a "bike fit" performed by a fitting professional, we still recommend that you take advantage of our free fit with your bike. But, if you absolutely do not want to go through a fit process, you can:
- Send us positional documentation provided to you from your fitting.
- Send us positional documentation from your own bicycle by following these instructions.
in addition to choice 1 or 2, it can be very helpful to have 3 PHOTOS OF YOU ON YOUR BIKE.
- A side photo (right side, leg extended, head looking forward) with your hands on the brake hoods.
- A side photo (right side, leg extended, head looking forward) with your hands on the drop of the bar.
- A front view with your hands on the brake hoods.

IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY WITH OR DON'T KNOW YOUR FIT…
Once you have placed your order, we will work with you one-on-one to determine the best path to success. We can also book a bike fit session for you with an experienced specialist near you or you can even book a fitting session with Ben Serotta.
Note: The one-on-one consultation and the personalized bike fitting studio session is included in the price of the bicycle. If you have specific muscular/skeletal/joint issues, upon consultation, we may refer you first to an orthopedic specialist or physical therapist at an additional cost.
